AI Camera Monitoring System for Machine Status Alerts
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Objective:
We need an AI-powered camera monitoring system that can track the status of four machines connected in parallel. Each machine has a trigger light indicating its status:
• Green: Machine is operating normally.
• Yellow: Machine is on standby.
• Red: Machine is faulty.
Key Requirements:
1. Camera Setup:
• Install a dedicated camera for each of the four machines.
• Cameras should continuously monitor the trigger lights on each machine.
2. Real-Time Alerts:
• The system must detect changes in the trigger light status.
• Generate a real-time alert whenever a machine status changes (e.g., from green to yellow or red).
• Display the alert on a central TV screen, clearly indicating which machine is affected and its current status.
3. Video Clipping:
• When a machine’s status changes to “faulty” (red light), the system should automatically generate a video clip.
• This clip should include the 2 minutes of footage leading up to the status change.
• Store the video clip for review.
4. System Reliability:
• Ensure the system operates with minimal latency for real-time monitoring and alerts.
• The system should be robust and capable of handling continuous operation without failures.
Deliverables:
• Fully functional AI camera monitoring system.
• Integration with the TV display for real-time alerts.
• Automated video clipping and storage system.
• Documentation and support for setup and maintenance.
