Build translation software prototype

Looking for an experienced developer for a 3–4 month project. The desired outcome is to build a software that will allow near real-time speech to speech translations through video conferencing platforms. This software can be built off Google Media Translation, Azure Speech Translation, or recommended platform by developer.

Required Skills:
- Applied Machine Learning experience (mainly in Natural Language Processing, Natural Language Understanding)
- Cloud Engineering (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
- Web Experience (Frontend + Backend)
- Data Structures and Algorithms

Project Needs:
- Create backend service to perform speech translation
- Create a frontend voice over IP application for calling other people
(alternative: connect to Zoom API)
- Integrate backend and frontend via application toggle
