Build an AI model for the AQF and SFIA

I am looking for a AI developer to build an AI model for the AQF (Australian Qualifications Framework) and SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age) that can be used to create the tools (i.e. learning content for students) and the instruments (i.e. the assessment items for the instructors/trainers) to demonstrate the proof-of-concept for AI assisted teaching and training. The purpose of this AI model is to consume the framework and guidelines for the AQF and SFIA, and be able to update the various training packages (tools and instruments for a specific qualification) when there are changes to the standard. The developer only needs to be able to demonstrate this for SIT30821 - Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and ICT50220 - Diploma of Information Technology

Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Experience in building complex AI models with a focus on automation.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high levels of accuracy in AI models.
- Familiarity with the AQF and SFIA frameworks, or the ability to understand it quickly is required.

The ideal candidate should be able to deliver an AI model that meets the desired high accuracy level. Additionally, the candidate should be able to assess the requirements and determine the best AI technology to use for this project.

If you have the skills and experience required for this project, please submit in your proposal the approach to meeting the requirements. The output should be placed in a public github repo and can be run on a browser page or output to a specified document format. For proof of concept only text output is required. Future phases will include multimedia content production (to the same bid winner).
