Build a machine learning model to generate specific types of questions from the passage.

I have about 90000 words of text, passages and their follow-up questions. The follow up questions are of very specific types. I want someone who could build an AI model for me that could learn to generate those types of questions if a passage is fed to it.


I should mention that I already know about tools like OpenAI and Chatgpt. I would prefer the model to be built open something like Tensorflow etc.
