Build a hiring AI tool

As a business owner, I am looking to streamline the hiring process by developing a powerful AI tool that is tailored to my specific needs. The AI tool should include the feature of resume screening, automated interviewing, automated calendar scheduling and full communication with stakeholders all off the back of company data. This will allowing me to quickly and accurately manage the full hiring lifecycle. I would also like the tool to seamlessly integrate with my existing HR systems, so that the entire recruiting process is as efficient as possible. In terms of programming language, I have no preference - I just want to ensure that the AI tool works as expected and helps to reduce my hiring time and costs.
