Build an AI architecture for an E-learning platform

We are searching for AI & ML Architect. We are working on an application for an E-learning platform that requires experience in emotional intelligence using analysis for the face expressions and voice level of the users, chat boot recommender system. The application will be able to carry to some predictions as well. The candidates have to be UK based. The project details are ready we are going to work with the developer on building the architecture.
