Build a Clustering Machine Learning algorithm

I have 90 days of communication data that I am looking to run through a clustering Machine Learning algorithm to help nurses identify unspoken workflows. Think of a workflow in the middle of a crisis where maybe they don't remember who they spoke to or what role they called, but we want to document it. Having back end knowledge of these workflows without needing to take more of their time away from the floor.
