Biological image analysis and image processing in Python

So code should produce the images (in order of frog , fish and bird blood) so outcome of code should results in pics on nuclei of each image and handout gives more details so do read it and boxplots for each property like eccentricity and what not it’s said in handout so pics and box plots but Yh any questions pls ask to avoid problems. Also added the calibration image for any mathematical analysis.
