Automatic Toll booth system using YOLOV3 -- 2

We will implement and run the YOLO V3 object detection model to track the count of vehicles on road, Detection of the seat belt. We don't understand the content of the Number Plates (License Plates), rather we confine to count the number of vehicles on road and detect and store the number plates in the data base along with the detecting of the seat belt.
