Automated Trading System Development with MA15 & Martingale Strategy

We currently use the MA15 technical indicator for trading decisions on the trading platform (foubit.com), along with the Martingale strategy for automatic order placement. Although this method is stable and reliable, the trading efficiency is relatively low. We would like to explore the possibility of incorporating AI to improve trading decision efficiency and accuracy. While AI is not a requirement, we would be very open to utilizing AI to further enhance profitability if it can outperform the current performance of MA15.
Current Trading Process:
If there are no losses, the first trade is made based on the direction of MA15, either buying up or down, with an initial bet amount of 1U.
If the first trade is profitable, the process restarts. If the first trade fails, the bet size is progressively increased according to the Martingale strategy, with subsequent bet amounts of: 1U, 3U, 12U, 46U, 178U, 686U, 2646U, 10206U.
If consecutive losses occur, bets continue in the same direction until the losses are recovered.
Currently, we are manually placing orders based on MA15 to determine whether to go long or short. On average, a single operator generates about 200U of profit per day. We hope that by incorporating AI to predict the direction (long or short), we can improve trading efficiency and profitability, ideally surpassing the current performance of MA15. However, this is not a must-have; AI is simply seen as a potential optimization to enhance our existing strategy.
