Number prediction such as lotteries and other number predictions is what I seek.
A simple formula that does not require an exact match.
For example, out of 10 million possible number combinations, we can predict within the 0.1% percentile or better consistently.
Again - exactly prediction is ideal but not likely easy. Rather, seeking only to be in the top 0.1%.
EleutherAI is using the same elements as OpenAI but easier to use and access.
