I need to have model to estimate the value of a registration.
The data I have is 200,000 sales inflated to todays value.
The hard part of the model is to notice the features of registrations that makes them valuable such as a short length or that it is a match for a name or popular word. Sometimes registration like 15 OO are expensive because it looks like only a number.

This should give an idea of values. I need AI / machine learning assistance, we need to be able to consider words in the registrations, the length etc Not just for a model to determine there is a value of letters and notice the order.
