Analyze pictures and content in PDF

Looking to analyze a multi-page pdf containg pictures and text regarding each room in a home renovation. In a kitchen for example = do any of the following need to be replaced = flooring, cabinets, countertop, lighting, appliances, etc. There are rules to be followed for example = do the cabinets have already been painted, we can only paint them again, if they have not been painted and only stained with a clear coat then we must put a new clear coat again. Each room would have a list of recommendations created automatically in a Word document. There are bedrooms, bathrooms, basements, roofs, etc to analyze.
