Advanced analytics on knowledge graph

I have a base software implementation document and a release notes for upgrade. I need to understand the impact of issues not fixed in upgrade. I have generated knowledge graph from existing implementation and solved issues in one graph(using implementation doc) and the issues not fixed in upcoming release as another graph(using release note). The knowledge graph is formed in noun as companents and verb as relationship. I need a logic to bring out this impact decision criteria using ML/AI algorithms or any logic and implement it.
