Modern Residential Exterior Lumion Render

I need a set of polished, photo-realistic renders of a modern residential exterior produced entirely in Lumion. The model of the house is already prepared in SketchUp; what I’m missing are the compelling daytime and dusk visuals that will showcase the façade materials, landscaping, lighting, and overall curb appeal.

Scope
• Import my SketchUp file into Lumion.
• Apply accurate PBR materials (concrete, timber cladding, glass, metal trims) and realistic vegetation from the Lumion library.
• Set up weather-appropriate lighting for a sunny afternoon shot and a warm sunset shot.
• Fine-tune camera angles that highlight the entry, driveway, and backyard terrace.
• Export high-resolution stills (minimum 4K) plus the .LS project file so I can make future tweaks.

Acceptance criteria
✓ Two final hero images (day & dusk) delivered in PNG or TIFF at 3840×2160.
✓ Consistent material realism—no texture stretching or obvious tiling.
✓ Balanced composition with natural shadows; no blown-out highlights.
✓ All source files, textures, and the editable Lumion scene handed over on completion.
