Lumion Architectural Detailing & Final Rendering based on existing LSF and FBX files

## Freelance Job: Lumion (LSF) Finalization + Industrial Detailing + Rendering (Factory/Office)
### Project Summary
We have a **Lumion project file (.LSF) that is ~70–80% ready**. The massing/layout and base scene are already built.
We need a professional to **finish the remaining 20–30%** with high realism, added details, and final render outputs.

## What’s Already Done (You Receive)
* Existing **Lumion .LSF** project (main geometry/layout is built)
* Base materials are applied (some will need refinement)
* Site structure is mostly assembled (needs finishing touches)

## What You Need to Do (Final 20–30%)
### 1) Detailing & Realism Upgrade
* Improve / replace **material textures** for realism (facade, metal, glass, floors, asphalt/concrete, epoxy floors, etc.)
* Add / refine **doors and windows** (industrial + office styles)
* Add realistic **solar panels setup** (roof or ground-mounted, correct spacing/alignment)
* Finish **landscape/site**: greenery, paths/roads, fence elements, outdoor lighting where appropriate
* Add **interior setup** for key zones:
* Office interior (furniture, lighting, clean modern look)
* Factory interior (industrial look, basic zone representation, lighting)
### 2) Rendering Deliverables (Segment-Based)
Produce **1–3 renders per segment** (we will provide the segment list), typically:
* Exterior overall
* Exterior detail close-ups
* Interior renders (office + production zones)
### 3) BOM / Asset List of Added Elements
Deliver a structured list of everything you add:
* Element name + short description
* Category (doors/windows, solar, landscape, interior, lighting, etc.)
* Quantity
* Approx. dimensions (or size class if exact is not available)
* 1 screenshot/crop showing the element in the scene

1. Updated **Lumion project file (.LSF)**
2. Render images (PNG/JPG) — 1–3 per segment
3. **BOM/Asset list** (Excel/Google Sheet/CSV)
