3D Interior Modeling in Sketchup & Lumion
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking for a skilled 3D modeler who can create moderate-detail models of 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK flats interiors using Sketchup. You'll also need to apply materials in Lumion 11.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Using the provided 2D furniture layouts and reference images to make 3D models.
- Applying materials in Lumion 11 as given material images.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Sketchup and Lumion 11.
- Able to create 3D models with moderate detail.
- Capable of following provided reference images and layouts accurately.
Please note that I will supply specific color schemes and materials for the interiors.
Monthly 10-15 projects needs to be done if capable of handling more then will give more projects.
fixed rates per projects as follows, Renderes are not required only modling and material appliaction with 2 revisions fixed.
1bhk - 2000 INR
2bhk - 2500 INR
3bhk - 3000 INR
(there will be only 2 times revisions futher to that we will work inhouse)
We will need sourse files of skp & Lumion at the end.
please note that lumion 11 is must.
