IFC to Lumion Renders
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I will supply you with a clean, well-structured IFC model and I’d like you to turn it into a set of photorealistic images using Lumion. The focus is on realism, readable architectural detail, and a calm, modern-minimalistic outdoor setting.
What has to be done
• apply accurate, high-quality materials—glass for the glazed façades, convincing wood for floors and feature panels, and metal for the roof trim—so every surface reads exactly as designed
• build a restrained, modern landscape around the building: simple paving, neat groundcover, a few sculptural trees or shrubs, and smooth terrain transitions
• set up two full exterior lighting environments: one natural daylight scene and one after-dark scene with street lamps, façade washes and any accent lighting necessary to show depth
• dress the interiors with the correct textures and add realistic artificial lighting so window views and internal shots connect seamlessly
• position multiple cameras (front, rear, aerial, close-up) that clearly communicate massing, material junctions and spatial flow
• export final stills at high resolution ready for presentation boards and social media
I will review the raw Lumion file together with the renders, so please keep the project tidy and layers named for easy tweaking. Deliverables are the Lumion source file plus at least:
1. two daylight exterior renders,
2. two night exterior renders,
3. two interior renders,
all at a minimum of 4K.
If any element needs adjustment after first submission—textures, lighting temperatures, or landscaping objects—I’ll provide notes and expect one revision round included. Let me know your estimated turnaround time and any assets you may need from my side besides the IFC.
