Architectural Lumion Walkthrough & Renders

The goal is to turn my design into a photo-realistic Lumion experience that showcases both the interior and exterior in one seamless presentation. This is strictly for architectural visualization, so realism, accurate materials and lighting, and a fluid camera path matter more than flashy effects.

Scope of work
• Produce a full-HD (ideally 4K) walkthrough video that moves naturally from outside to inside, highlighting key spaces and detailing.
• Generate a curated set of high-resolution still renders for marketing boards and client review.
• Supply the final Lumion file (plus any texture libraries used) so I can make minor revisions later if needed.

I can provide clean 3D geometry or 2D drawings—whichever speeds you up—and will be available for quick feedback cycles. Turnaround is ASAP, so a clear delivery schedule with interim previews is essential.

Acceptance criteria
• Consistent scale and true-to-spec materials across all shots
• Realistic day and night lighting variants
• Smooth, jitter-free video render in MP4 or MOV
• Still images at least 4,000 px wide, no watermarking

If you already have a proven Lumion workflow and can jump in immediately, this should be a straightforward collaboration.
