I search one people who can script for me a complete roleplay gamemode for MTA server

The work consist in, create a roleplay gamemode for MTA server. The server is not working on a host so you need to work in yourself local. I can paid for the gamemode consist in jobs, panels, bank system, factions, car handling, and many others what is in a roleplay server this is a gamemode. After the gamemode is possible I need more scripts so I need a partner in scripts :)
