Project Overview
We are seeking experienced Lua programmers to contribute to cutting-edge AI training initiatives by reviewing, evaluating, and improving AI-generated Lua code. The goal is to enhance the quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI systems that generate Lua code for real-world applications such as game development, scripting environments, and interactive systems.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract opportunity designed for developers with strong hands-on Lua experience, especially in environments like Roblox Studio or other Lua-based engines.

What You Will Do
Review and evaluate AI-generated Lua code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices
Identify logical errors, performance issues, and implementation gaps
Provide structured, high-quality written feedback to improve AI outputs
Work on task-based coding evaluation assignments
Apply real-world Lua experience to assess code quality across varied scenarios
Help improve AI reasoning and code generation performance
Work independently in a fully remote environment\
Responsibilities
Code review of Lua scripts generated by AI systems
Debugging and identifying logical or structural issues
Evaluating performance optimization opportunities
Ensuring adherence to Lua best practices
Providing clear technical explanations and improvement suggestions
Completing evaluation tasks accurately and consistently
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in Lua programming
Experience with Roblox Studio or Lua-based development environments
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and structured technical thinking
Clear written communication in English
Nice to Have
Game development or interactive media experience
Experience reviewing or mentoring developers
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques in Lua
Exposure to Lua environments beyond Roblox (LÖVE, Defold, embedded systems, etc.)
