FiveM QBCore developer to fix issues

I have a newly installed FiveM QBCore server setup with various mods and MLOs installed as well as the Sonoran CAD, CMS and Radio system. I am having issues with the system as none of my LEO uniforms or vehicles are available and a few menus are not correctly working. I need someone that can review my current setup and fix everything. The only Must Keep item is the Sonoran software. It is currently setup with qb-policejob and I would like that replaced with the wasabi police mod. I have already purchased it. I would also like to setup purchasable housing units for players and setup a Tebex store that would allow the players to purchase the properties if they want them instead of the standard issued housing they are given at character creation. The server will need a balance between crime families (mob), street gangs and law enforcement. I want Local police, county sheriff, state highway troopers, FIB, US Marshals, Park and Forest Rangers. I would like the police, sheriff and state troopers to also have air divisions.

The server is running on a Windows Server VPS and is setup with Remote Desktop Connection.

Here is what I am initially looking for:

Review attached server log for any script issues and fix those. The server log will also show you all of the resources I am using in my server build so please ensure you can fix these scripts if you bid on this job.

Fix issue with Vehicles not appearing in police garage. Get message saying there are no vehicles at this location.

Fix issue with interaction zones not visible

Fix issue with location for going on/off duty at police station not coming up.

Fix issue with interaction zone in police locker room not working

Fix issue with evidence room interaction not working

Fix issues with police uniforms not loading

Replace qb-police job with wasabi_police, mod already purchased

Set police boss menu interaction point inside police chiefs office

Ensure players are issued 1,000 cash and 5,000 in bank account, default apartment, id card are issued to character upon creation.

Optimize system for highest performance

Setup and ensure working, a system for players to purchase vehicles at dealership, ensure vehicles are present and working

Ensure custom clothing is available at the clothing shops.

Setup system with the following LEO departments:

Police with air unit - headquartered at Mission Row Police Department
Blaine County Sheriff with air unit - should be headquartered at sheriff station in Sandy Shore
State Highway Patrol with air unit - I have not yet purchased an MLO for this office

Ensure system for creating gangs and mob families is working
