Developer needed for custom help system (ROBLOX GAME)

Features:
- Main panel with "Mod call button", and "Report player" button.
* Mod call for players to request a Major (this would ping @Major in the discord webbook message)(the ui would have a simple reason box and submit button. Preferably it'd be nice to have a cooldown to prevent spam (1 minute or so, whatever seems reasonable).
* Report a player option where users will input a reason and the discord webbook message notifies the entire staff team in the discord (@Majors). (In this GUI it can show a title and a subscript text box saying "It is highly recommended you have proof to back up your report". Then below there is "Reporting user: ", "Person being reported: ", and "Reason text box").
- A separate button that only a certain group rank can see (Majors and MIT's) OR Another button on the "Mod call" GUI that only majors and MITs can see that calls for a supervisor (Tags them in a discord channel). The ui that opens after an MIT/Major clicks this will have a "Rank Requesting: ", and a "Reason" box. (dropdown menu can be used to select which supervising rank a MIT/Major wants to request. the options for this dropdown box would be Assistant Sheriff, undersheriff, or sheriff.
