Create a Custom DOTA 2 Game Mode

"DOTA 2 Turbo Random Ability Draft Absorption "
aka "DOTA 2 TRADA"
- normal Turbo mode
- start with a choice of an Agi, Int or Str type hero (will random one within that type)
- start with totally random set of abilities (from entire hero pool)
- when you kill someone, you get a chance to 'swap' ANY ability from your victim (Q, W, E, or R)
+ have until they spawn again. or min 20 secs (if they buyback quickly)
+ you don't HAVE to swap. you can 'skip' if you prefer the build you currently have
- normal win conditions
