UI / Addon / Interface Modification for the Video Game "World of Warcraft" (WoW and WoW Classic)

I dont want a Game!
Only an custom Interface/UI for that game!
Similar to mods for Minecraft, Skyrim or other games
The screenshot "Interface before" shows the current interface of the game,
the screenshot "Interface after" shows the interface as I would like it to be!
I'm looking for someone who can write / program an custom interface for the Video Game "World of Warcraft".

Here are a few examples of what changes I would like to see. This list is not complete!
Combine the functions of the two add-ons and some small changes like:
-Not one big bag, i want single bags, show ticks from the dots,
-5 second rule,
-show item level, and stuff like that.
-Everything has to be movable In addition, a few adjustments that there are as a separate addon already.
So just have to be added. :)
