GUI desktop application for CLI command submissions

We are searching to create a simple GUi interface desktop app. It must run in Linux and Windows. It will be a GUI interface that will sends command to a CRYPTO daemon. This GUI will send commands to mint and upload NFT. A lot of CRYPTOCOIN code is online and it is opensource. The little GUI will have an "OPEN" button to select a PNG and a "MINT" button to send it to the Blockchain using the CLI commands. There should be a settings place where to record wallets numbers.
