Domino Server 8.5 Troubleshooting / Reinstall

We have had some serious issies after the certificate has expired on our server, this has now resulted in that the whole system is not able to boot up and we are not able to access any of our databases. We need urgent help from somebody who know Domino Server 8.5 and can get the system up back and running.
