Website Animation from Existing Vector Illustration

We have a finished illustration in Adobe Illustrator (vector). The artwork is final.
Your job is not design, but animation. We need the elements animated as described in the reference images we’ll provide.

What we are looking for:
- Animate individual elements from the Illustrator file
- Smooth, intentional motion (not generic presets)
- Animation will be used on a website
- Final delivery as Lottie (JSON)

Animation requirements:
- Follow the motion instructions shown in the attached images
- Subtle, modern, web-friendly animation
- Lightweight and performant (no unnecessary effects)

Deliverables:
- Lottie JSON file ready for web use
- After Effects project file
- Confirmation that the animation works correctly in Lottie preview
