Rive / Lottie Animator Needed for Mobile App

Description:
We are developing a Flutter mobile application and want to integrate engaging animations. We need a skilled Animator who can design and deliver Rive (.riv) or Lottie (.json) animations that are lightweight and optimized for mobile performance.
Scope of Work:
Create fun and interactive character or object animations.
Design reward animations (e.g., confetti, stars, badges, progress celebrations).
Develop progressive animations (e.g., character evolving, plant growing, energy levels increasing).
Ensure animations run smoothly across iOS & Android with minimal file size.
Requirements:
Strong experience with Rive or Lottie (After Effects + Bodymovin).
Portfolio showing creative and interactive animations.
Ability to deliver source files for future edits.
Focus on performance-optimized animations for mobile apps.
Nice to Have:
Experience creating gamified / interactive animations for apps.
Understanding of mobile app UX.
Deliverables:
Rive .riv files (preferred) OR Lottie .json files.
Editable source files.
