I need a logo animation on LottieFiles based on a custom animation.

Requirements:
- Animation style: Minimalistic, glow.
- Custom design required
- Specific color scheme

Here is the CSS with animation that we use on the website. We need it in lottiefile format to be able to use it in our mobile app (since it doesn't support this type of CSS animation). We need Lottie, MP4, and GIF versions.
