GIF to Lottie Conversion

I have a finished GIF animation that now needs to live as a lightweight Lottie/HTML5 asset. The source is a standard GIF file and I don’t want any alterations to timing, colours, or artwork—just a clean, one-to-one conversion. The goal is smaller file size for broad “conversion media” use, so please optimise it for fast loading in any modern Lottie player.

• Quick HTML demo so I can preview it in a browser
• Any asset folder the animation relies on

If the finished Lottie looks identical to the original and comes in at a fraction of the weight, we’re done.
