Battery-Powered LoRa ESP32 Parking Tracker

I need a working prototype that lets me monitor a single-car residential parking spot without running any wiring. The concept is simple:

• Hardware: a custom ESP32 board that combines LoRa radio, BLE, and a low-power magnetic (Hall-effect) sensor. It will spend almost all of its life in deep-sleep on two AA batteries and wake only when a car enters, exits, or moves. On every wake-up it must stamp the event with time, append the car’s BLE ID, and shoot that packet over LoRa.

• Gateway: a battery-operated LoRa gateway that forwards incoming packets to my home Wi-Fi and then to a mobile or web endpoint of my choice (MQTT, REST, or similar).

The key technical goals are extreme power efficiency, reliable car-only detection, and end-to-end message delivery you can demonstrate on a bench. I will need the schematic, PCB files, firmware source, and a brief test report showing current draw in sleep and the successful round-trip of an event message. If you have prior experience with low-power ESP32, LoRaWAN, or magnetic sensing, you’ll be able to move fast on this. Also add a water proof casing that can be easily nailed to ground

The cost of production should be less than 1500 INR.
