turn my "paint" logo into a professional graphic

I need an experienced graphic designer proficient in designing professional graphics from PNG formats. The task is to transform my amateur "paint" logo into a more professional output. Strong skills in logo design and a portfolio of past work are necessary. Please, bid if you can assure a quick and quality turnaround.
My business is "Water Leak Alerts." (https://WaterLeakAlerts.com). We offer systems that detect water leaks and do two things; alert you via your mobile phone then automatically turn the water off to your house or business. The elements I tried to incorporate in the logo are:
1. A building structure
2. A water leak
3. Notification by phone
4. The water being shutoff
The current logo (attached) was created by my past website designer. It's good quality but it doesn't include all the elements listed above.
I gave it my best effort using "paint" but need someone to make it more professional.
