I need personal branding (logo+brand identity) done for my blog

I am a lawyer starting a personal blog for legal technology, the domain will be my own name, so the logo should reflect that. I need complete visual identity of the blog determined (colours and everything), as well as a brand identity guide, that will also set the tone of voice for me on social media.
