I need a logo to put on a fishing t-shirt and stickers

I'm looking for someone to create a logo for a fishing t-shirt and stickers. The style of the logo should be Cartoonish, with a bright and vibrant color scheme. Although I will leave the design up to your creative interpretation, I have a rough idea of what I'm looking for. The team name is "Nem que Vorte o Cheque", it has an abbreviation which is "NVC". The logo mascot is a slightly torn fish (I have the image). I also have some images of ideas, inspirations that I would like for this.
