I need a logo designer

It's for my real estate profile and website. I need something elegant and calm. I have attached something that I made myself as a starting point to kind of get an idea of something that I'm looking for. The letter s will be the logo itself and will have ideally "Sharani Estate" under it unless there's a better way and place to put it. The letter S has a skyscraper/condo going through the middle of it, which resembles dollar sign/money and real estate which go hand in hand but I don't want it to exactly look like a dollar sign because it will look vulgar and immature. in terms of color themes, I like white and black shades/color theme and don't mind a little gold or dark blue accents. I also do want a cool border around it to complete the logo and a little leaf design on top or something, I'm open to it. Want to see some options made and I will choose one of the ones created.
