I need a hotel logo and sign designed with brand identity.

I have a hotel in Pigeon Forge, TN and need to design logo to suit the building and name. Hotel name is Hotel LeConte. I am uploading latest rendering of how it will look once completed and need to design two signs, one for wall and one for roof as seen in rendering. Current rendering design is just temporary but I would like modern looking logo and sing.
