I need help with rebranding a company

I am taking over my stepfathers' business. Pretty much overhauling everything. The look and all. I currently have a website, Facebook and Instagram. I do not know the name of the company but have an idea of what type of name. Its an HVAC company but I do not want a traditional name for it. I am looking for something that is more remembered. Something original. The design for the logo and the name needs to tie into each other. Also, this will be used for company uniforms and webpages. I am also needing help building my website and social media accounts. This is not a one-time business. We are building rapidly. The color of the logo needs to be with contradicting soft colors. Looking for some type of "cartoon" style.
