I need gaming logo designer

It's war game online. I attached logo which I found on internet that kinda like it. Just thinking to be in darker background like black or dark navy colours, also I like red colour H symbols that's stands for hooligans. But I prefer to be not skull in logo, but men's face half covered with bandana and hoody or cap on the head, no need of baseball bats in the logo
