We need an elegant, modern logo for a UK property investment company
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
We need a top level, highly experienced logo designer to create a stunning logo. It will be for an upmarket family-run UK investment company that specialises in investments in property.
The logo will be used on the website and on business cards etc.
The core design will be based on the logo attached entitled 'Core Initial Design'. As you may see, it will be a modern looking family crest.
Important: you will need to work with us to firstly create **several different high calibre variations** of this design concept.
You may see example logo variations we ourselves have come up with ourselves attached. For instance, the variations will have a modern looking crown and/or stars or dots above the crest/shield etc. etc.

Alongside our suggestions, you must be able to use your own creativity to suggest and come up with variations.
We will go back and forth to revise and perfect the designs.
Eventually, we will settle on one logo. One version of it will be just as it is and the other will have the company name below the logo in a stylish font.
You should obviously have a creative flair and always pay attention to detail.
You must be an excellent communicator. While most communications will be in writing, you must be able to have, say, a couple of Zoom calls with us to discuss the designs. This is for your benefit, to ensure we are thinking along the same lines and answer any questions you may have about the logo designs.
If you are somebody who doesn't want to eagerly communicate and collaborate with us and do so in detail, then please do not bid for this project.
Native or fluent English speakers only please.
Important: must be willing to work with commitment on this project in the week beginning 7 November 2022. We will communicate on a daily basis and receive your variations every day/every other day that week. Then you should provide the final logos by 18 November at the latest please.
If you can't adhere to this timeline, this project is not suitable for you.
Please show examples of original logos you have created from scratch and describe how you intend to approach this project.
We are willing to pay c. $150.00 / £135.00. This is considerably more money than other people wanting logos designed on this freelancer portal.
This is the first of many design assignments we have and, if you do a brilliant job, we will hire you regularly and pay generously, as we have done other freelancers in 15 years of using this freelancer portal.
