I need a Logo Designer

I would like a logo designer for my start-up company, NextGenQ Analytics. The company plans to provide focused- research and data analysis of the financial markets, stocks, and derivates. The website is still being developed and I am looking for a logo designer that can include four "pillars" through four solid lines (or rectangles or squares) and three small icons representing trend, target, and time. Please let me know so that I can explain if necessary. The logo needs to be simple yet appealing.
