I need a Logo Design (Urgent)

Hello Designers,
I need a logo for my company, and it should be light soothing colors with some glow, it could also be a myriad of colors but should look witty and symbolic of what we stand for.
Please find the attached, it’s just one of my thoughts. I was also thinking for the logo to symbolize culture and crucibles (incubators) a glowing and bold font would also make it appealing.
