logo design, business card & stationary

We need a small design project to design 3-4 logo proposals for a newly started company. Attached is the logo we used on startup, but we want to go in another direction. Maybe not rounded, but more of a combination... The colours are within our scope, as we are close to the woods (green) and the sea (blue)

We are a real-estate company fully owned by a municipality. We will develop, sell, buy real estate and land.
