logo and branding

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create a logo and branding for my investments and financial services business.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Graphic design
- Branding expertise
We would like a clean and modern company branding using strong, trustworthy and growth block (blue, red, black) colors. White background would be preferable due to putting on white paper frequently. It is not essential to have a logo, however, it you decide to include one, it must be uncomplicated and clean. I have attached a rough example.
We would also like someone to potentially help with website design.
