designing a business logo

Hi,

I am looking for a graphic designer to design a business logo.

the business: Pre-purchase pest and building inspections
the name: "Urban Property Inspections"

I like grey/ blacks and maybe a subtle green, I'm looking for something, modern and professional as well as sophisticated and subtle.....without too much going on. and that will look good on a letter head, so something that sits well on white.
