design a digital magazine

this work is for a small startup idea to start a digital magazine for the alternative system of medicine homoeopathy. i would like to hire a professional to help me with designing the magazine for my needs and also simultaneously help with the web designing process for the same startup. i am also looking for a long term work connection.
