This role will focus on ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints and delivering a cohesive visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Font and Color Selection:
Analyze existing branding elements to select appropriate fonts and color palettes.
Provide detailed specifications for font usage (e.g., sizes, weights, styles) and color codes (e.g., HEX, RGB, CMYK) to ensure consistency across all materials.
Branding Guidelines Document:
Develop a comprehensive branding guidelines document that includes:
Logo usage rules (size, spacing, placement)
Typography guidelines (font hierarchy, usage examples)
Color palette specifications (primary, secondary, and accent colors)
Visual identity dos and don’ts
Examples of correct and incorrect usage
QR Code Design:
Create a QR code that aligns with the brand’s visual identity, ensuring it is visually appealing and functional.
Design Outputs:
Design the following branding materials:
Letterhead design
Business card design
Quote, invoice, and receipt templates
Email signature design
Banner designs for various applications (e.g., social media, website, print)
Asset Refinement and Expansion:
Review existing design files and formats to refine and expand the brand’s visual identity.
Ensure all designs are adaptable for various formats and applications.
Collaboration and Feedback:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
Present design concepts and rationale to ensure alignment with brand vision.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in graphic design, branding, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous branding projects and design work.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
