company logo design

I am looking for a talented designer to create a company logo for me. With regards to colors, I'm considering any combination of blue and silver, however, I am open to suggestions. As for symbols and icons to be included, I'm thinking of incorporating the concepts of a tree and house considering it's a finance/mortgage company, but I'm still open to other ideas. The themes are about growth, prosperity and achieving dream and financial independence. Lastly, when it comes to font style, I do not have specific style in mind, and hence I am open to suggestions.
