World Don’t Count Me Out shield

I want a shiel/patch designed for my company, I can provide a rough of how I want it to potentially look. First box I want the telescope/compass look, second box should a book, third box a shovel/pic axe, and fourth box is a fist bump but is it possible you could make a male fist bumping a female fist ?? ??, not sure of what the color scheme should be maybe you could give me some ideas on that. On the outter most circle I want the Roman numerals mmxx position on corners like a clock, on the second circle could the word WORLD have a different color scheme other then Don’t Count Me Out. Also on the second circle at the bottom I don’t want it to read MMXX, but DCMO. On the inter circle can you make that there are 33 little broken lines. I’m going to attach the sketch and also what I want it to potentially look like but with our own twist.
