Visuals Identity for an Autism Congress -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The “Meeting for Neurodiversity and Autism” is an event (congress / conference) organized by an Mexican Autisim ONG Non Profit to celebrate the anniversary. This meeting will take place on September 13, 2024 Our goal is to create a space for visibility, awareness and information about Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and neurodiversity, bringing together professionals, families and people with autism.
Objective of the Project
We want to hire a freelancer to develop the visual identity of the event. The visual identity should reflect the mission and vision of our organization and capture the essence of the event. The design should be attractive, professional and accessible, ensuring that it conveys our values of inclusion, empathy and support for the neurodiverse community.
Project Requirements.
Event Logo:
A logo design that includes graphic and typographic elements related to autism and neurodiversity.
The logo must be adaptable for different sizes and platforms (print and digital).
Color Palette:
Selection of colors that reflect the organization's values and are accessible to people with different visual needs.
Typography:
Choice of fonts that are legible and consistent with the tone of the event.
Marketing Materials:
Design of posters, flyers and banners to promote the event.
Artwork for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) including cover images, posts and announcements.
Visual Elements for the Event:
Design of event signage (directions, schedules, venue maps).
Credentials and access passes for attendees and speakers.
PowerPoint or Google Slides presentation templates for speakers.
Visual Identity Manual:
A document explaining the correct use of the logo, colors, typographies and other graphic elements.
We ask for the workspace files that will be used in the project. such as photophot, illustrator, indesign, or any other software design file and the resources to do so.
Creativity and originality in the design.
Constant communication to make adjustments and improvements as needed.
